been holding and I don’t care.

Hey guys, this is the real true of a call center employees. This video is simply awesome. I do not care anymore about customers. I remember I had a friend who a real extraordinary agent. He used to complain about the other and say that they seem they did not like the job they have. And I was thinking deep inside: "I don´t like it eather." Now seen this video, I realize about this agly true and I desided to get back to school. Now I think that working in a call center shold be part of everyone´s growing up experience. It definitely changes your outlook on life.

Some comments on this videos are just awesome. For example:

An user says, But... how can this be? They always seem so nice on the phone(well, most of the time).

But an actual Call Center emplyee answers to her,
--You have to be super nice and confident, it is in the policy that the customer always feels that they're being helped out. Also it is just simpler that way, because you can't just chat on the phone for all you want. You have strickt rules to follow, you have to finish with every customer asap (like we only have 3 minutes per calls). You are constantly being sent statistics and emails about what's new (it's not fun when you haven't received that yet, the customer has, and they're asking about it), and while you're talking to a cc agent, they're usually solving your problem, double-checking it for you, completing surveys, leaving comments about the call, all at the same time. And they usually turn off the mic every now and then to swear. Some customers are REALLY incompetent.

Another says also:
-- I do not think thats is true because I know a lot of them that are really nice and do care about the cust.

But the answer is this:
--Let me tell you something, what you have watched in this vide is the ugly true that no one wants to see. Actially we are so fucking tired, that at certain point of the day we do not want to work any more. So we could not care less about you problem and especially if you are an  st*** cuxt.
